⚙️Technical & Educational Details
Converts standard clock time into base-10 payroll decimal hours:
• Net Shift Minutes: (Clock-Out − Clock-In) − Unpaid Break Minutes
• Decimal Hours: Net Shift Minutes ÷ 60 (e.g., 7h 30m = 7.50 hrs)
• Gross Pay: Total Decimal Hours × Hourly Rate
